Call For Writers: New Media Art Now #2 – 뉴 미디어 아트 나우 #2 글 공모

CICA Museum invites writers worldwide to participate in our publication. The selected essays will be featured in the book “New Media Art Now #2” that will be published in September 2016. The book will be available in major bookstores in Korea, and also in the United States and other countries via Amazon.

*Deadline: June 1, 2016

*This year’s categories include:

-Single Channel Video & Animation

-New Media Installations

-Interactive Art

-Game Art

-Web Art

-Mobile App

-Art and Social Media

-Art and Mass Media

-Data Visualization

-3D Printing

-Performance (Addressing Media Related Issues)

-New Media Culture

*Length: 200 – 2000 words

*Language: English (will be translated into Korean. Both English and Korean versions will be featured in the publication.)

* Selected essays will be featured in the book “New Media Art Now #2.” The essays will also be selectively featured in the CICA Museum’s online magazine C.A.N. Participating writers will receive a copy of “New Media Art Now #2.”

* How to submit:

-Please send us a Doc file (.doc or .docx). Please email them to “[email protected].”

-Please write “Essay Submission: New Media Art Now #2 – Writer Name” in the subject line of your email.

CICA 미술관에서 2016년 9월 발간될 “New Media Art Now #2: 뉴 미디어 아트 나우#2”에 수록될 에세이를 공모합니다. 본 서적은 한국 주요 서점 및 Amazon에서 판매될 예정입니다. 아래 사항을 참고하시어 많은 참여바랍니다.

*단어수: 약 200~2000 단어

*언어: 한글 또는 영문 (한글로 제출 시 영어로 번역, 영어로 제출 시 한글로 번역되며, 본 책에는 한글, 영어가 동시에 실리게 됩니다.)

* 혜택:

선정된 글은 2016년 9월 발간될 책 “New Media Art Now #2”에 작가 소개와 함께 수록됩니다. 선정된 글은 선별적으로 CICA 미술관 온라인 매거진 C.A.N.에 수록됩니다. 선정된 작가에게는 “New Media Art Now #2”를 드립니다.
