스페이스 원은 오는 2018년 인스턴트 커피 콜렉티브/ 그런트 갤러리(캐나다), 멀티플라이 (배트남, 스위스, 스페인), 일본 IAFT, 독일, 대만등의 다양한 예술가 및 콜렉티브와 진행 예정인 상반기 2월-7월까지의 프로젝트를 함께할 유능하고 책임감 있는 분을 다음과 같이 모집합니다.

[모집 분야 1: 매니저 (1명)]

모집 업무: 스페이스 원 전시, 프로그램 및 프로젝트 총관리 

2018년 스페이스원 업무 관리 하실 분을 모집합니다. 캐나다, 대만, 독일, 배트남등 다양한 국내외 작가, 기관들과 소통, 스케줄 관리, 작업 체크, 행사 기획 및 관리 등을 하게 되며 해당 프로그램을 전체적으로 원활하게 진행할 수 있도록 관리하는 역할입니다.

모집 인원: 1명

지원 자격: 

- 미술, 미술 이론 전공 혹은 스튜디오 내 업무 보조, 전시 코디네이팅 유경험자 

- 영어 회화 및 기본적인 번역 가능자 

- 유동성 있게 움직일 수 있는 분

근무 기간: 2월 21일~12월 21일 (기간 협의 가능(상반기, 후반기), 일주일에 2~3번, 프로젝트 특성상 유동적입니다)

급여: 면접 후 결정

[모집 분야 2: 인턴(1명)]

모집 업무: 예술 분야 전공자 및 졸업 예정자 

현 디렉터, 매니저와 함께 스페이스 원의 전시회, 프로젝트, 프로그램 일체를 아카이브 및 어시스트 할 수 있는 분을 찾습니다. 나아가 다양한 국내외 작가, 기관들과 같이 독립적으로 참여하고 개인작업 발전에 열정을 가지고 스페이스원과 함께 인턴전을 같이 참가하고 싶은 분을 찾습니다. 

모집 인원: 1명

지원 자격: 

-관련 분야 유경험자가 아니어도 상관없으나, 반드시 포트폴리오를 제출해야 함

-사진 및 영상 촬영이 가능하거나 기본적 영어 회화가 가능한 분 

근무 기간: 2월 21일-6월 21일 (일주일에 2-3번 출근)

급여: 식비 교통비 포함 소정 금액

*스페이스 원의 인턴 전시 또는 이벤트, 작업 공간 제공

Space One is looking for passionate, creative and responsible artists, art students to work with our upcoming exciting projects and exhibitions in 2018 with Instant Coffee, Grunt Gallery Canada and artists, art collectives, galleries from Korea, Germany, India, Japan, Taiwan and more.

[Position 1: 1 Manager]

Requirements:

-Knowledge of art, art history theory or studio practice background is a must

-mid level fluency in English 

-detail oriented, strong organizational skills, good communication skill

-coordination/managerial experience preferred

Duration: 6-12 months (negotiable) Start Jan 21-Dec 21

Compensation: Monthly rate depending on the hours available (negotiable)

2-4 times a week (must be flexible)

Work will involve coordinating and managing artists, collectives from Korea, Canada, Vietnam, Taiwan, Germany and more with exhibition at space one, opening performance in public spaces, etc directly working with Space One director. This means organizing schedules, receipts, organizing documents plus understanding the program and making the whole project run smoothly.

[Position 2: 1 Intern]

Requirements: 

-Background in Visual Arts is a must

-no experience required but must have a portfolio

-Basic English and or photo/video archiving skills are important

Dates: Feb 21-June 21

Work will involve assisting director and manager with Space One exhibitions, projects and programs with curating, coordinating, archiving, designing, overall processes. The projects include: pop-up exhibition with Instant Coffee, Grunt Gallery Canada, group exhibition with Japan IAFT, public intervention, workshop and exhibition with MULTIPLY(Vietnam based design collective) and more

Compensation: food, transportation, free studio space and an intern exhibition or event at Space One​
