Wine and Food in Balance (Sun, Jul 20) 3:00 PM-5:00 PM,
Nashoba Valley Winery, Outdoor Pavilion, 100 Wattaquadock Hill Rd, Bolton, MA
The rules have changed! The primary tastes in foods (salty, sweet, savory and spicy) change the way you experience wine.
And to learn more about why the dominant flavors in wine and food either strike the perfect flavor balance or result in a confusion of tastes, Nashoba Valley Winery would like you to join us at our Wine and Food in Balance event.
On Sunday, July 20, 2008 at 3p.m. to 5p.m. in our comfortable outdoor pavilion, certified wine educator Paul Malagrifa will help you understand the basic principles of wine and food pairings to make your dining experiences more pleasurable.
Youll enjoy tasting four distinct Nashoba Valley wines paired with mouth-watering fare created by Steve Sprague, executive chef of Js at Nashoba Valley Winery.
Cost is $25 per person. Prepaid online reservations required. Reservations can be made at www.nashobawinery.com. Upon arrival go directly to our outdoor pavilion.
