The Transition Lifestyle System includes daily meal planning based on low-glycemic index, behavior modification such as stress reduction exercises, keeping track of success through daily journal entry and an interactive web Site, and daily exercise routine. Not only will you learn about the needed changes to lose weight, you will also have available weight management supplements to accelerate weight loss, entrees, bars and shakes to keep you on track.
