Reconnect with an inner source of peace and vitality through meditation, breath, and movement. In this program, we will explore how breathing, balancing, stretching, and strengthening can reawaken our energy, bodies, and minds. Using a breath-centered gentle and dynamic form of vinyasa yoga flow, we will create warmth in our hearts and heat in our bodies ultimately leading to a connection with our true inner nature. You will leave with a glow! All levels welcome. Please bring a mat. Seven sessions, drop-ins are welcome.
