Instructor: Chef CeCe Collier Discover and sample the gourmet flavor of spring at Tower Hill with Chef CeCe Collier, the dynamic genius behind Twigs Café's scrumptious cuisine. Many modern day "weeds" were once gathered for their high nutritional value and distinctive flavors. Learn how to collect and prepare common weeds and create some tasty springtime concoctions, such as dandelion fritters, fiddlehead dip, and velvet cake with violet honey syrup. This on-going cooking series will utilize heirloom vegetables and herbs grown in our own Farmhouse Vegetable Garden when in season. Cost: $45 Non-members, $40 Members Through Sunday, Jan 1.

March 1, 2008 - August 17, 2008: More than 20 years after his death, Ansel Adams (1902–1984) remains one of the world’s most beloved and widely exhibited American photographers. Comprised of more than 40 photographs selected from the Museum’s extensive holdings of the artist’s work, this exhibition focuses on Adams’s less-familiar landscape images in order to demonstrate his innate understanding of graphic form and balanced design.
