Discover and sample the gourmet flavor of spring at Tower Hill with Chef CeCe Collier, the dynamic genius behind Twigs Café's scrumptious cuisine. Many modern day "weeds" were once gathered for their high nutritional value and distinctive flavors. Learn how to collect and prepare common weeds and create some tasty springtime concoctions, such as dandelion fritters, fiddlehead dip, and velvet cake with violet honey syrup. This on-going cooking series will utilize heirloom vegetables and herbs grown in our own Farmhouse Vegetable Garden when in season.
