This often overlooked studio at New Street is full of potential and this summer is your chance to learn more. In this class we will investigate each and every machine, its safe operation and its uses for finishing and refining glasswork. This is a problem solving class where you will learn the tips and tricks to safely and effectively take your glasswork through the finishing stages to completion. You will also create at least one cold worked sculpture using subtractive sculpting techniques. Bring a pair of rubber boots and prepare to get wet.
