Sterling Airport, 121 Greenland Road, Sterling, MA
A two and a half day, family oriented, community fair with an emphasis on agriculture and education. Last year's attendance was over 40,000 people. The Sterling Fair opens at 5:00 PM on Friday, September 5, at the Sterling Airport and runs until 5:00 PM on Sunday, September 7. The annual family event with a local agricultural focus features a midway, entertainment, fireworks, crafts and arts. It is completely planned, managed and staffed by community volunteers.
Admission and parking at the Sterling Fair is FREE, however, the fair relies on the sale of buttons, T-shirts, and ads to keep it free. Support your fair with a purchase or donation!
The Sterling Fair's entertainment lineup includes music from popular local and regional bands that appeal to all ages. The Blue Flames, Hated, Music Exchange, 4 Get Me Notes, Graveyard, and the Stockwell Brothers will appear at the fair.
The Sterling Fair is sponsored in cooperation with the Massachusetts Department of Food and Agriculture, and it is a member of the Massachusetts Agricultural Fairs Association.
