Having firmly established itself as the UK’s most prestigious contemporary art fair outside of London since its inception in 1996, Glasgow Art Fair 2008 will showcase a record 46 selected galleries from Scotland, the rest of the UK, Europe and beyond exhibiting work by over 1000 artists. Mass Audubons friendly annual birding competition raises money to support its work to protect the nature of Massachusetts. Teams race to see who can count the most bird species within a 24-hour period, and the pledges they collect fund our educational programs at our sanctuaries and within the community.
Friday 6:00 pm - Saturday 6:00 pm is the official period for the team competition, but you can join in and/or make a financial pledge at any time. All ages and levels of experience are welcome. Whether you are a novice or an expert or just looking for something fun to do, there are lots of ways to get involved, learn about our local winged friends, and support a worthy cause!
